Food, Family, & Grief: Supporting Ourselves During the Holidays 2020
You will leave with a deeper understanding of how colonialism has contributed to body oppression and the ways that it shows up with our relationship with food specially around American holidays such as Thanksgiving.
You will leave with skills to support you with setting boundaries around food during the holidays and you will gain helpful coping skills to help you get through the holidays, understand the intersections of grief during COVID-19.
